Terms and Conditions for Friends of Portlaoise Hospital Raffle
Eligibility
1.1. The raffle is open to individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. 
1.2. Committee members and immediate family of the Friends of Portlaoise Hospital are not eligible to participate.
Raffle Tickets
2.1. Raffle tickets are available for purchase via iDonate.
2.2. Ticket entry costs €5 for 2 tickets or €10 for 5 tickets.
2.3. Tickets will be entered into the raffle once full payment has been received.
Prizes
3.1. The prize consists of two (2) Day Tickets to Electric Picnic 2025 (the "Prize").
3.2. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
3.3. The Friends of Portlaoise Hospital reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
Raffle Draw
4.1. The draw will take place on Tuesday the 12th of August 2025. 
4.2. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the raffle closing date.
4.3. The winner will be notified via email or phone within 1 day of the draw.
4.4. The winner must claim the prize within 1 day of being notified. If the prize is not claimed within this period, a new winner will be selected.
Use of Personal Data
5.1. By entering the raffle, participants agree to allow the Friends of Portlaoise Hospital to use their personal data for the purpose of managing and administering the raffle.
5.2. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Friends of Portlaoise Hospital's Privacy Policy.
Fundraising
6.1. All proceeds raised from this raffle will go to Friends of Portlaoise Hospital to enhance patient comforts at the Midland Regional Hospital Portlaoise.
6.2. By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge that you are supporting a charitable cause.
Liability
7.1. The Friends of Portlaoise Hospital will not be responsible for any technical or human errors during the raffle or any issues related to ticket purchase.
7.2. The Friends of Portlaoise Hospital is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage related to the use or enjoyment of the Prize.
Publicity
8.1. By entering the raffle, participants consent to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes related to this raffle.
8.2. The winner may be asked to take part in promotional activities, including but not limited to social media posts or press releases.
General
9.1. The Friends of Portlaoise Hospital reserves the right to amend, cancel, or suspend the raffle in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
9.2. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
9.3. Participation in the raffle constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
